
We pride ourselves on providing a place for the whole family to enjoy. Our Pee-Wee classes for ages four to six provide an early understanding of martial arts techniques to help develop motor skills as well as a strong foundation of life skills for young students. In our Youth Classes, ages seven to twelve, students will learn coordination, movement, balance, and intensity through their introduction to the basic blocks, strikes, kicks, and stances. Our Teen Classes are intense and challenging and are focused on preparing students to be strong and independent adults. Our Adult Program offers many different focuses, whether you want to get in shape, reduce stress, learn self-defense, or just try something new.
